Last Friday I resigned up to renew my advantage. I paid by credit card which was to change my subscription to advantage immediately. Apparently not!. I have contacted the site on three to four occasions and I get no reply. I having just recently moved had to change my email which knocked me off the site. I contacted again through the contact portal and they sent me a Reactivate Your Account email which worked. So there is somebody there. I have a confirmation number provided by the site. Surely this is no way to treat subscribers.
