11 minutes of fun and bad green-screening! Enjoy if you must!!

NOTE: Some folks have mentioned "Why are you posting your shows on this site, ReinMan? This is a PHOTOSHOP based site, not a video site."

I use Photoshop a LOT in creating a show. I do a lot of motion graphics, and all of them need to be prepared in Photoshop - usually removing the background or erasing troublesome "copyright" notices.

Also, the program MOTION 4 I use for graphic effects, is pretty much PHOTOSHOP with a timeline... it works with alpha channels, and layers and groups etc.

Speaking of timelines and Photoshop: I use the timeline IN Photoshop (extended version) a lot too. I need to work stupid fast to get one of these shows done in between trying to pay the rent, and I have found that the VIDEO SECTION of Photoshop is a brilliant tool for colour grading (correcting) video and removing that nasty old candy wrapper from the forground of 20 seconds of film. Basically the movie becomes a layer in Photoshop and you can do Photoshop things to it (like adjustment layer effects etc). It has saved my arse a number of times when I've miscalculated exposure or white balance. (any examples of these problems you still find in my video is either due to my creative choice or basically lazy nature Razz )

Anyway... just wanted you to know I haven't given up on Photoshop... I'm just using it in ways I never thought I would. reindeer

One of the benefits of having a dog who smacks you on the face at 4:45 in the morning is that you get to see some amazing stuff on the computer after the dog goes back to sleep in your spot in the bed.

I must say that I'll be skiping breakfast this morning and that I am very disappointed that my song request was ignored. Mind you Kick me Jesus through the Goal post of Life is not easily rendered on the accordian, but hell you have had weeks to get'r done.

My other thought was if I am up at 4:45 A.M you are up also. Mind you your day is ending and mine is begining. You can now go to sleep mindful that you have had a successful day but I have to face another day now without Mcgurty's. So until you rise up sleep tight my western friend and congratulations on the latest episode of Reins Riffs.

A cinematic star is born!!
