Hey guys I have a small problem.
I have about 5 PDF documents and drawing that I want to join together as a single pdf...not a huge problem lots of programs out there can do that.
But...always a but huh

I want to join them with an index and reference search, so my clients can serach and find the relitive information quickly rather than search by scrolling down. I do have Acrobate pro but cant find how to do this.

Any help or links you guys may have would be apreciated.

Thanks in advance

Blurker

This is PDF Composer... I had it on my previous Windows before I upgraded. I'm not sure I can use it anymore, but they have a free 20 day trial. I can still open up my program.... there is a merger feature and there is also a converter feature for making Searchable PDFs.

What kind of index and search do you need?
Which version of Acrobat?
What are the original PDFs - generated from other programs and printed to PDF (this is most likely already searchable) or scanned?

You can add bookmarks to make an index and set the document to open with the bookmarks panel visible for navigation.

For a scanned document, you can do OCR which will make it searchable (depending on the type and quality of the image)
