At the moment I'm working on a ying yang.
What I'm trying to achieve, is something similar like the picture below.
The thing is; whatever I try, I can't get the lightbeams the same or even close.
Is there a trick to do this in PS, to get lightbeams in 360 degrees, without brushing it?

You want optical rays that mimic Trapcode by RedGiant.

Right then, simply align where you want the light rays to come from with the centre of the canvas.

Then do the following.

- Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates > Polar to Rectangular.
- Edit > Transform > Rotate 90 Degrees CW.
- Filter > Stylise > Wind (from the right and for how many times you want)
- Edit > Transform > Rotate 90 Degrees CCW.
- Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates > Rectangular to Polar.

Try that.
