I won today And I'm happy (I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for all...yada yada yada) but nothing can be compared with the first victory here.
I remember I was at work when I realize I'm fist.
So I danced a little (I never knew how to dance) and ran down to get some beer.
My colleagues looked at me like I am an idiot and asked me finally:
-What happened?
-I won!
-What?
-I'm first at PSC!
-Oh, so what is the prize?
-There is no prize but I'm first!

And then they were convinced that I'm an idiot.

I remained happy and annoying for the rest of the day.

Okay, maybe It's just me.

Perhaps tomorrow you might tell your colleagues that you're first and prized aswell (i have a feeling about that)
Their perception will change for sure

Actually I have won the prize (much) later but it wasn't the same feeling
And you are right of course, their perception changed - it was pure evil and envy
