Why was he originally banned?
For constantly whistling and humming made up tunes. It was very annoying.
Oh, that makes sense. Whistling and humming should definitely be restricted to recognizable melodies.

True... and what about singing... allowed or better not? At work they always are screaming at me to shut up (although I do sing some variations every day)
