i meant : username of the contestant

when i upload a picture to the contest not showing my user name until the contest is finished

it is not individual matter but it's a general role in all the contests on the web

thank you for your patience Rolling Eyes

Oh I see You want all contests to be anonymous. there are anonymous contests every other week and speed chops. But for the most parts this is an open site.

I find using your real name comes in handy when you want to show off your portfolio to friends, family, and future employers etc. They don't second guess the name associated with the portfolio. I can also point to work I've done that has my name on it in case somebody tries to steal it and claim it if I no longer have my original files on my computer.

I think realmanoflove is confused about anonymous contests.

Shane, most people I know in real life call me Anfa so technically I'm using my real name.

Every tuesday it's anon, and every other thursday also. It don't change much in the results. We vote for what we like, I don't care from whom it is. And the comments are a lot more fun in the non-anon's.

A lot of people know my nick... and call me Tesore.
And damn... I listen!

Laughing

BUT... if every contest was anon... how would I know who to vote for? Rolling Eyes

for ANFA: Very much like Love, Art is subjective. Laughing
