Is it just me, or two and a half years later watching Washington spend billions like they were singles make ya think that spending twenty million for a little bit of color and a little bit of difference a little out of the norm for a few days sound like a good idea.
I think I see now why New Yorkers found a good feel in it.
I ain't happy to have gained this understanding--a bit of ignorance bliss I'd rather have kept.
Right now I'd pay to have EJH's arches down here....the last couple
big outdoor community art exhibits we had were a year and a half
of painted life size fiberglass pigs allover the city of Venice...(don't ask me why--I don't think there's a single hog in this county) and THEN THEN!
Sarasota had life size painted fiberglass clowns!!!!!!! allover the city for a few weeks..CLOWNS!!!!!!!! actually i dunno exactly how long each was up --in truth I was so turned off by them that I have done all I can to avoid the display areas just in case i would have accidentally looked.*shiver*
