I frequently have brain farts that can totally disrupt the creative process. There is no warning when a brain fart is brewing in the bowels of my mind. I was wondering if anyone else has brain farts and if they have noticed any warning signs?

All the time, but no warning. I'll be in deep thought, trying to be creative and.... oh..oh...

ahhhh ....

and it'll come out of nowhere.

lol zed. I guess they're like normal farts. Some ppl are proud of them and some deny having them. Some of mine would clear a room.

In my case MommysBoy I wouldn't call it a Brain Fart. More like constipation of the brain, when I just can't think of anything original and creative. But then that leads to violent diarrhea of the brain. Where when an idea does come, it's all I can think about until I get it out.

I find it mre than helpful to keep my brain as blank as possible when chopping.

I get far less confused that way.

Al, How do you do this? Do you pretend that you are some sort of vegtable. If so, which vegtable do you pretend to be?. I'm gonna go pretend I'm an eggplant and see if that works.I've never been able to have a blank mind, unless it was when taking a test when I was in school.

i just reverse out of the thought im thinking, then drive down route 666 stop think and go for a look at the fish, swim to the beach and just lie around circle that for the life of me i couldnt remember why it ended
