Very Happy here I go:

OK...in the event of a tie, the parties in question must write a 500 word essay on why they think they deserve to win the competition. This essay must be submitted to JHM in less than 1 minute after the contest closes. JHM will then read the essays and pass them on to the ones known as "moderators". With close attention paid to spelling and grammar, the mods will then vote on who should win the competition. These votes are then relayed to JHM ( and I'm hoping like hell I've got the initials right...) who tallies up the votes to declare the winner. Once the winner is declared, there is no chance of rebuttal from the losing party. The amazing thing is that the essay can be written in any language. Don't ever underestimate the intelligence of these mods and JMH. You cannot fool them. Not for one second. Never. No. Never. They know. They do.

I got the initials wrong, didn't I? Confused It's JHM. No...JMO...JVC...IBM...IKEA....

actually, we'll need confirmation from JMH since he's the programmer...but I believe hax is correct.....

In a contest that ends in a tie, the first user to post their image for that same contest would be declared the winner.

and...yer welcome sage Smile

Tranciple,
here is how it works :

No longer do we rely on previous votes cast, nor is there some sort of trivia question to determine a winner.
This season, when there is a tie, tied winners will be given 2 minutes to come to a consensus, or they'll leave everything to chance.
JMH has a pouch. In this pouch are 3 stones. 2 yellow, 1 purple.
Yellow is safe.
Purple is not.
With the exception of Anfa, the other 3 have to take turns reaching into the pouch and pulling out a stone.
They reveal stones at the same time and whoever is holding the purple stone will be the one to go.

Dude, this is so unfair! Plus, I'm getting confused; better get some Canadian beer...
