Yeah, its a plunger on the side of someone's head, and thats a tongue sticking out on the right there, and thats a mole on the person in the picture's neck...

I was thinking that the "stuck to my ridiculous kid's face" part was important, but that's cool, it can go to Lrossa.  I was thinking he had posted without seeing Lrossa's guess.

Well, I knew that it was a persons face (the tongue and mole on the neck gave it away) but I didnt want to post that in case someone else figured the red thing (plunger) out, which I was still trying to guess. Thats why I said earmuffs, headphones. Headwear, see?
