Ok. When I'm typing on a image, the letters won't appear, but numbers will. It will type the letters (cursor is moving), but can't see them, only numbers. I'm at a lost here. Any ideas on what is going on?

I am not sure why the colors won't appear. But my guess is that the color you are writing over is the same as the text color. To test if what I am saying is true, create a totally black background and write a small text message in red letters. Make sure the text size is 30 point for this test. Most any size would do, but fairly large text will be easier to spot.

I have just reread your message and note that numbers appear. So my first theory appears to be moot.

My thought about it is that the font in question is a font without letters
