After you have created your frames in ImageReady, go to the "Windows" file tab at the top of the ImageReady interface window. Open the tab and choose "Optimize" from the menu selections that are listed there. Then , make sure you select the gif option in the optimize window. Close the window, then open the "File" menu tab and select "Save optimized as". Follow the directions on the screen that follows, and save the gif file to your desktop. Then go to the desktop, and you should see the gif file. When you double click it, it should open, and theoretically you will be able to view your animation.
Hope this helps a little. Smile
