Just made it home from the run. (Whew!)

Finished in 2h 38m 17s. Thats an 18 minute improvement over last years run.

Last year i averaged a 15 minute mile...this year i averaged a 12 minute mile. Im very happy with my improvement. The 4-5 months of training really paid off.

Thats a huge improvement in one year! 3 minutes a mile is significant. My hunch is that you either trained longer or harder or both. I have some track and field coaching in my background,so I feel credible in saying-Nice work.! Smile
