Never heard about that lake. I went around there the first time when I was 17, during a hitch-hiking trip to Vancouver in 1978. Somebody invited my friend & me to their house for the night in Winnipeg... I still remember the father's name, the same than who was the U.S. President, Jimmy Carter. I remember flat land, flat land, flat land & nice French Canadians from St-Boniface. But I heard it's a boring place... maybe not!

Yeah D3! You're right, the NPD was really a better choice. Sad

Claf: Nowhere's worse than Moncton.

D3: you speak the truth. As claf mentioned, though, most vote not for the party they want elected, but against the party they don't want.

Interesting to see that the major cities did not vote for Harper.

Bah...one more day

The NDP or the NPD in Quebec ran the provincial government here (Ontario)20 years ago and there was never a more bunch of idiots that ever ran a government in this country, they in four years almost put the province in bankruptcy as well they alowed companies to raid the pension plans of the employees, There are 10,00 plus families here that work or worked for Stelco whose pension fund is day to day. The steel mill is under restructuring and we the people are on the hook to find the 1.4 billion that the company pissed away. Difficult choice EH! Thieves, Rights Abusers or Incompetants. But EH that the Canadian way Bend Over!

Yeah! The Joe Clark's NDP? ...no, he was Conservative! Ed Broadbent's NDP? Is he still there... I mean NDP? Did they learn something? Are they better than before?
Maybe it was another bad choice! Confused
