I remember him! Perusing Bert Monroy's work was one of the things that got me interested in joining PSC in the first place!

Wow I had completely forgotten about that until you posted this link.

I get that you're excited about your "find" DP, BUT, do you really want us to feel UNworthy 'cause this dude's dedicated his life to digitally replicating signs and such?

Having worked for and spent a lot of time in museums, I can point to better sources for feeliing less than artistic.

I dunno, I don't like pessimism. I actually think there's great talent, resourceful , and quite Worthy individuals on this site. I won't name names though... Wink

It's not about feeling not worthy" It's a matter of how much time you are willing to put into a picture, and how much time you are willing to study and learn all the techniques of the Masters in the World! Wink
If anything I'm inspired every time I see a new amazing talent! It's like hearing a new band that blows your mind! you say to yourself" WOW! I did'nt even know that could be done! ~ Now let me kick it up a notch and do the the best I can do with all the tools available and grow and learn in whatever I do in life" Cool Thanks for the inspiration" digital,
Now let me get back to that site and get my mind blown away with photoshop genius and I will soak up every bit of knowledge I can! Cool I recomend eveybody do the same" Wink

"Art exists to provide what life does not." -Tom Robbins

But let's be honest--I'm a pretty damn fine art painter (interpret as needed), but I couldn't do that. Thank God I have a camera!
