your artwork is good but you shouldnt use posterisation. using posterisation and coping it, only makes vectors more life like, and making something life like isnt a main feature of illustration (also i think its kinda cheating ). however if you like doing that kind of thing you should look at www.vexels.net it tels you how to further achieve realism.
