Pretty much similiar to the way i do it, cept i use a brush thats shaped like a blade of grass, then using shape and colour dynamics i can make the brush fill to the style i want it too. Also i have my brush settings at 40% opacity and 48 % fill, going over and over the area will make the grass darker ect, when the area is filled i them use the dodge and burn tool with the same brush and give it the once over to bring out the shadows and highlights. I used my way with this submission
the only problem is though, unless you are doing a real big piece all the details are lost. But hey nice find ReyRey. Wink

That's really cool! I like the "Finished Grass" pic (the 2nd to the last). Like grass after I've hit out of the deep rough on the back 9 (yep the shot that heads to the water/bunker).

Another reminder of how untalented and unknowledgeable I actually am. Laughing
