Entries into the daily contest are down, votes are down, and the forums are barely active. We couldn't even fill all the spots in the tournament.
We really need to get some new blood in here. I don't know what kind of advertising the admin of PSC currently does, but he needs to expand his efforts. The extra advertising dollars would be recouped from the increased subscriptions.

I had an idea for a TV spot for PSC...
fades to scene
two guys are looking at a boat in a sunny environment picture in a gallery...
guy1: definetely a house in the sea...
guy2: no way... it's an elephant...
guy1: is that a thunderstorm?
a third guy listens to the conversation and look surprised at the other 2 guys... then look again at the boat picture....
fades white to PSC: What you see, is NOT what you get
fades back to scene
guy2 (facing guy 1): a shaved squirrel??

a couple of us could 'spam' on other forums, thou spam is such a strong word, on other forums i have been on there have been mentions of photosohp by people, there are many photoshop users, so we are just letting them know about this site!

I could prolly do some blatent advertising over at our forum and start putting links to PSC on my deviant art subs. Im sure if eveybody did thier bit it might help Ive been real busy so ive not been able to enter as many as i would have liked, and there have been a few ive started but just not had the time to finish.
One thing that i have said since i started here is the forum is pretty dead, thats one thing that does keep new/potential members from staying.

I'll put a banner up on myspace... and my deviant, even though no one checks that one  umm... I'll see what else I can do.
In my opinion I don't want this site TOO big... then it gets really impersonal.. I like the way a lot of people know each other..
