Things are progressing very nicely. Brazil are not at their best, here in England Leonardo working for the BBC says this is not a problem. Like England he says both countries think they are the best and they will both play better as the competition reaches the next stage.
I think Ronaldo played better today and remember he set up the first goal for Adriano. France were robbed by the referee and linesman failing to spot Patrick Vieira's shot had clearly crossed the line before goalkeeper Lee Woon-Jae clawed it out. Thierry Henry was probably just as responsible for missing a great one on one chance.
Big week coming up, lots of tasty matches - COME ON ENGLAND

Ronaldo should be OUT of the team... he's history!!! out of shape!!!! I'd rather 20 minutes of Ronaldo in the game and 70 of Robinho instead the opposite way malcinbl...

Fred was in the right place in the right time... it was all about robinho marco... he did more than Fred... he was just unfortunate to hit the post...
I remember Kaka looking at Ronaldo and Adriano and deciding to shoot to the goal himself... WISE decision... he didn't score, but did bettter than what they would....

more like gang raped Micose, I hope Togo decide not to turn up for your sake
and damn straigh Arc, Robinho looks fresh, exciting and safely about 6,000 times better than Ronaldo, only thing Ronaldo did all match was pass to Adriano for the goal, and I could have done that

Here mate, I bet you wouldn't be complanining if we went all the way getting the rusults and playing shite! I still think we'll get better and I think Owen going out of the game so early had a masive effect on the rest of the team.

thank god rooney got through it without his foot flying off, and crouch didn't get booked, otherwise we would be looking at Theo 'I am surely only here to warm the bench' Walcott and Joe Cole being forced up front, we better start playing well, or we are on the next plane home. That 2nd goal of Swedens was just plain insanity.
