what a pain, yesterday a day without any worldcup-matches. I am very curious about what Germany will show us tomorrow. they played a great soccer in their last match.

If only the referees weren't biased and in favor toward Argentina, then Mexico might have won. Argentina beat the crap out of Mexico...with their fists, rather than by scoring points.

buglover - absolutely freekin' superb, great forsight. Germany proved once again that the best teams don't always end up Champions. So it's goodbye to Argentina and the Ukraine. Thanks for the entertainment Argies, and the rumble at the end.
Tomorrow England will come to a stand still as the Nation once again builds up it's hopes. Sven says we haven't seen the best of England yet. I say thank goodness for that because if I am honest I have to admit I don't think we will get any better. I hope I am proved wrong but my head says there won't be many at the airport to welcome the lads home on Sunday but, my heart still keeps saying we can do it, we can do it, oh yes we can do it...

have to disagree Chopper... the ref nuled a legal Argentina goal that could have ended the match before the overtime... if the ref was helping someone, it was the mexicans...
