Shocked Wow, great videos, w/good sound, ask your wife to make more Very Happy

You know what Paul? After the first contact in April, Kyoka (my wife) contacted and met Joseph Arthur and his manager again few times during the Jazz Fest. She worked very hard to convinced them for a "one take video" outdoors at a quiet location... not a live show. They finally accepted... she had few takes of one new song! Excellent shots... now she edits her work with the original track from his upcoming CD. I'll let you know and show you when everything is done.
Cool

I discovered few new stuff...
I'll start with this... Los Campesinos...

That's great, I can't wait to see it Claude, hey Todd, as for the Pumpkins show, I'm not into it, the place they are at tonight has an outdoor stage that is surrounded by the club, and even if you don't have tickets, you can still listen out in the parking lot, I'm not into that either, I was reading an interview with Billy Corgan, and he seems very upbeat about reviving the group with fresh talent, we'll see if they ever come close to this again...

Those guys are GREAT!!...Thanks for that Cool.....I'm buy'n that new album. I love theses artists that can take many varied influences, combine them, and not sound like copy cats. Do they have (I'm guess'n) a larger following in the UK? In the full gig vid..one of them said that that shop they were play'n at was the "largest room" they'd played before. Hard to believe but then again, alot of the best music is generally unheard by the masses. I guess there's a good point to that tho.

anyway...yeah, I know, long rant about one little band...but I couldn't help it. Cool

Yeah! Cool music! Cool
Daniel Lanois was interviewed about his new band at famous TV show last week.
I was looking at Black Dub site yesterday. You can see better resolution vids...

Another new excellent album... Fistful of Mercy.
This is Joseph Arthur, Ben Harper and Dhani Harrisson (son of George).
I just didn't know that Dhani H. was a great musician, singer & composer. Surprised

Yeah...I'm like'n that one and I've never really been much of a fan of his music. I thought the name LE NOISE was an interesting choice, given the fact that it was produced by Daniel LANOIS. Lanois's "stamp" is definitely on that album.
