did i do something bad, i know my health is not good, but it aint over yet
my life time advantage was still working last night, but it's gone now, do you know something i dont you been talking to my doctor

While you were asleep, your heart stopped beating for 15 seconds, which under the advantage terms and conditions, specifies that your life ended. If you somehow are brought back to life, which it appears you have been, it is considered to be a new life, and not the same one for which you had lifetime advantage.

That, or maybe there's a glitch or something.
