I was wondering if their is a tool in photoshop that would delete all of one same color... like the background. I know there is the magic wand tool but sometimes it leaves the edges or deletes more than it was supposed to. Very Happy

select drop down menu then colour range fiddle with slidder after selecting colour with eye dropper. May have to unselect colours if more is grabbed within the image you wish to keep, but on the whole quite quick and simple to use for less experienced.

hope this helps FC Very Happy

also..you can go into layer properties.
You will see two sliders at bottom center that say "Blend if".
fiddle with them for a minute.

Another way if there is a high contrast between the background and foreground is to use the rectangular marquee tool to select as much of the background as possible (pressing and holding the shift key whilst using the marquee tool adds to the selection) and then going to the Select menu and selecting Similar.

HAHAHAH! THAT REALLY IS AN OUTRAGEOUSLY LOUD SIGGY!
Goodness, ya beat even Marx-man's old siggy.
Out of communal peace, and for your own peace of mind,
I warn ya, people get real antsy about loud siggy's around here
and the politeness will soon turn very sour.
On the other hand, if ya shrink that craziness down to a
more civilized size, i assure you you will quickly win the love and respect of many PSC'ers.
Heed not this humble warning at your own peril.
And be quick about it!
