This guy was cruising thru the yard at 6:30 this morning. My boyfriend Pete took his pic thru the picture window. Wicked foggy this morning, plus with the reflection of the flash on the glass I had to screw with the image for a better look see.

That really a coyote? or is it maybe a young lost Siberian Husky

My friend has two... Great dogs (I'm highly allergic though) They're actually closer to wolves than coyotes.

Cool picture, but the Coyotes that live by my house are small, red and scrappy looking.

these are found all around my house. Most mornings on my way to work, I've gotta let one cross the street.

Yeah! Confused
Not sure if it's a coyote.

But that's strange ... (is it a coincidence?) ... I saw that little animal in my backyard this week. I have no idea. Is it a coyote?

"Down-Under Coyotes are called Dingo's and the ones near us are on Fraser island just up the coast. Tourists are warned not to feed 'em because they have savagely mauled a few children in the past!" (Plus a few fatalities I think!)

On thit site, most of the pictures look like wolves. Maybe they are coyotes. But this one from this site is surely a coyote:

I don't know so much about huskies, wolves & coyotes but what's different with huskies is the shapes of dark & light hair contrast between forehead & face.

Amazing stuff you folks have.. I do have a square opposum out on the deck. He eats the catfood and is so fat he's square, with mickey mouse ears and a long tail. Remember Wiz has the entire zoo in his backyard I already know now to not post animal pics cause he has something exotic out there ..... lol thanks for sharing and thanks too to Wiz for giving us some nice information on Fraser Island! Very interesting. Very Happy

Here's a Husky for you Claf:-

8" Cruisers were guard dogs for a lot of Russian Convoys, only this time they had a little 'Canine' help! LOL!
This one almost became a ships pet by the time he got there!

Big Bloody dogs, with even bigger appetites.
