i was at work, done my shift, had a shower, waiting to clock out, sleeping in my old Zodiac estate with my older valve set radio playing away in the back ground, when the news came over "John Lennon murdered" i felt i had a nead to tell people, (knowing no one else knew) i told the shift leader and he put it over the tanoy, half the workers walked of site, strange night

yeah...I remember.

just a few weeks ago, the catholic church was forgiving john lennon for "...and no religion too..." in the imagine lyrics. maybe mr. lennon is in heaven now...

It's always good to be thankful for what we have and not take it for granted... (personally I find the song Imagine boring )...

I always hate this day...depresses the hell out of me. All You Need Is Love and Grow Old With Me especially choke me up on this day (and #9 Dream and Out The Blue and Across The Universe etc. etc.). He wasn't perfect (who is) but he was as close to a hero as I have.

No kidding, I can't believe its been 28 years, it seems like yesterday, on that fateful night I knew something bad was happening, or that someone important was dying, I felt it so strong that I couldn't explain, a half hour later I heard the news and it was all was very clear what I had felt, Lennon connected with so many and still does.

The best tribute we can give to Lennon so his death wasn't in vain and to really help in giving PEACE a chance in this world is to make an effort and search out the TRUTH.
