Nice image Gran.
Any pointers on mine, RowRowRow (YerBoat)?
Az, I like the wrinkle removal. I would bring back some shape under the eyes. Very good job cleaning up the skin. I'm not sure what happened to your image color wise. Why did you go soooooo far with the color. It looks like she is being lit by blinding lights
She is very very very pink. Did I mention she is pink? I would start again with the color. Take baby steps.
(sometimes our monitors make a big difference too) If you have Photoshop I found that "auto color" actually did a pretty good job killing the yellow cast. I had to fade it back a little, but it was a good starting point. Then I go in with the healig brush and remove lines. I remove the line completely and then fade the correction just a bit to bring back some of the original shape and texture. I do the same with the bags under the eyes. I use the healing brush and completely clone them out, then I use fade to slightly bring back the bags for shape. With fade, you can adjust how much or how little you want to remove the wrinkles and blemishes.
The nose I shrunk down with liquify, carefully for a visual reference. Liquifying tends to blur stuff if you use it to drasticly. (as you can see in the last pic that I posted.) So, later I cut out the original nose and transformed it to fit over the liquified version. What I did was quick and it looks a bit cartoony to me but the methods are the same that I would use for professional work.
