I love to look at this thread also, I have been here just over a year and so I too am able to look back and remember how things were when I first started here. We do hope that things will be getting better for you soon Rey Rey so that we can go on enjoying this thread together.

as most of the choppers commented then, that was a well executed and very touching piece of work, well done Arc

A very close game, this one, and truly, a lot of excellent work! I'd be hard pressed to pick just one favorite from this contest... so I won't! Wink

Yet another imaginative creature creation from Mikey, justly rewarded, too. I do particularly love BigBuck's iBroccoli entry, though--very clever!

A stunning pic by Caldera, for sure. Excellent integration with the flower parts. Another excellent integration from this contest, and rather undervoted in my opinion, is Karell's "Ball on water."

I love it when the source is changed or used as something else entirely. Gregularguy's "Toucanoe," for instance, is clever and well done. But BigBuck's tribute to Blurker still takes the cake for me.

HA! That's great! And they both show a mastery of perspective to my eye, with textures and reflections. Nice wins, both of them!

For last year's win, Rey, I did not download the layered file; maybe the answer is there, but I'll ask anyway: How do you "wrap" a texture around an object? Painstakingly bloat / liquify or is there an easier way? Good job, however you did it!

I did not remember what Claf's braille sign said; I noticed this morning that it was oddly repetitive, like he had gotten lazy in creating more braille letters. Then I noticed and tried his "braille alphabet" link, and I "rediscovered" the joke and nearly spewed my coffee! Laughing *slurp slurp* Wink
