Hello.

Nice forum design. Okay, I need your help.
So, I wanna make online-shop, and I am looking for site template.
Can you suggest some online store or other resource where I can find many site templates?

It would be better if it will be free:)
I think many of us have personal sites, do you design it yourself?

Thanks a lot, Bill.

Honestly? If you plan on running a website, You should learn html and java. I think that if you are going to run it, You should know how it works. They are both simple enough that a stoned dumbshit like me can figure it out. Besides, It's all about pride.

Heh... There is no pride in paying someone to fix your fubar'd website.

The easiest way is to spend a few hours in one of many html/java tutorials on the net and familiarize yourself with the basics. Soon, You will make the connection and code will seem very obvious.

Good Luck!

If you make a go of it, Please let us see your work!

If you cheese out and go template, your family, friends, and co-workers will be polite but they will not say woo.

I agree with what the others are saying...you should learn how to code and design on your own. However, if you would like to try out a template, you can go here for some nice free templates...

if you pay for a host you'll get all the free templates you need (1 touch websites = shitload of templates) but very few offer free on line shops, lotta work in one of those, but here's one that does, http://www.hostmonster.com/hosting-features.htm
i paid $118 for 2 years 200GB and free dotcom then 2 days later i got a courteousy call asking if all was OK, NOT BAD Smile i'd recomend them to anyone, you just gotta ask your self if your on line shop is going to pay for itself, $4.50 a month,
or you could buy dreamweaver, shitload of templates on there too, hope this helps someone

"Lorem ipsum dolor" is a faux-Latin filler used by designers to show what text would look like on the page. The idea is that it gets the client to look at the design and not focus on the text.

"Lorem opossum dolour" is actuality the recipe for ancient roman cement, the originator of dreamweave thought it would be fun to use as a "filler" been the standard text filler ever since

As splodge said, if you pay for a host (and you'll want to if you want your own .com address), they'll most likely give you a ton of templates to choose from. Most will come with a shopping cart as well, but not the ability to process credit cards. For that, I'd take the easy route and use paypal to process credit cards.

Now, if you want to "do it right," I'd learn html, css, a server-side scripting language (I use php), and a graphics program (like Photoshop).

If you need any help along the way let us know.
