You have to make your displacement map. It's not a .psd file that you download. The displacement map would be a high contrast b/w version of the surface you're trying to wrap the other image over. Try Googling for displacement mapping tutorials on the web. There's lots out there with good step-by-step instructions. Especially on making tattoos.

Ok I used a combination of this tute
http://teachertoolkit.cvc4.org/inst/Teacher-Toolkit/public/bob5/displace.html
to create my map...It suggest to use blur but I found I lost a hell of a lot of the original texture.
After I had layered it over the original I kept on fine tuning by copying the layer and burn and dodge and a little blur at the areas that looked to fake...the end result turned out ok but I cant show you here cause I have posted it for a contest...if you want more info PM me and I will step it out bit by bit...but the tute was a very good way to start...

Hope that helps

A displacement map... as simple as I can explain it...

Works on the first two channels. not including the conglomeration of channels (rgb or cmyk)

So R and G
Works as horizontal and vertical in the case of RGB

Black and white determines which direction and neutral grey means stay in the same place...

More channels adds more confusion so ill leave it there. in your own time folks... there should be tutorials..

but once you have made your displacement map in the channels then you can save it as displacement-do-hickey.psd

and open it when you go to you filters>distort>displace.
