I see where your coming from. I do think we are the driving force behind a lot of the problems, but it still bothers me that God doesn't intervene when you have used ever inch of your prayer and faith. I do put my faith in the mind. I know it is capable of great things and that is what explains those things for me As far as those weird things that happen at sea, well, it could really be anything that contributed to those disappearances or what have you and I have read stories about it and some say things happen and others say the opposite, it's kind of like the whole God thing, nothing seems to have a solid straight line when it comes to the unexplained, unfortunately. But; the mind has proven it's capabilites over and over again.

I do want to believe but certain things hold me back. It's funny because I asked my 6 year old daughter how come she believes in God and she says because I just do and I said but why and she said because he has a family, pretty inspiring if you ask me, but yet I still sit here on the fence

I'm still f-ing amazed that abortion is so evenly divided in America. Any input about that nasty little buisness from European choppers? How about our South American pals? I'm surprised this hasn't really come up yet.

Personally, I feel that abortion is indeed taking a life. However, I would never consider forcing my beliefs on anyone. Especially a scared pregnant girl who knows in her heart she cannot take care of a child.

I learned the Lord's prayer in a Pop Warner League football huddle. I was mortified because everyone else on the team recited it as if just going through the motions and i'd never heard it before.
