one more day after the 1st week, you'll be through the worst of it, I was serious about putting old cig butts in a jar of water, pack it full.
You get the urge, open, sniff...that is so nasty, it will turn you off bigtime then close

i have quit smoking twice before.... first time was for 6 years... 2nd time was for like 10. both times just on a whim, cold turkey.. i went thru some hard times over the last year and picked up again. very dumb. anyhow, i am ready to quit again. the main thing that always stood out in my mind when i had just quit was "i dont need this to live".
anyway blah.... i just felt like blurting that out

i know misery loves company

one thing i didn't mention was that when i quit before, everytime i wanted a cigg i just smoked pot.... these days i don't use drugs anymore.... well accept for "long island iced teas" been swimming in that shit lately.... and choppin in it
anyway so this time its i think im gonna feel it more.
