You could do a vector drawing over it in Illustrator, very time consuming though, but great results!

He needed a suntan, so he could sharpen up, it was doubled up pretty bad, so I removed the excess blur, and fudged a bit, I hope it can help ya rich Wink


W/ Angled strokes filter, it seems to help this image Shocked

I really have to ask... Rolling Eyes why didn't you just take another picture?

man thats one blurred image, I think reconstruction and creative licenses abound are the only way ahead if you want it clean and sharp, Mikey is on the right lines, then take it into PS and start textuign and shading the work, like Sci says, we are talking alot of hours Shocked

i did mine in 10 minutes...and I think it shows what can be done if you spent some more time over it.
