of course this can end up as hundreds of layers depending on technique but the simplest.

very top layer texure effects
middle layer face mask hidden except the features ya want
bottom mona face

1. Buy paintbrushes.
2. Buy Oil Paints.
3. Buy Canvas.
4. Find someone to pose for you.
