I have a flash website I want to upload to my host from Adobe flash CS3 and I can't get it to work. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I am still learning flash and such so any help would be appreciated.

I set my MIME type with the host, it says to use .flv (is that right?)
I directed flash in the settings to my site via FTP and I have no idea what check out name is?

Any ideas or knowledge with this?

do you have a .html page to park it on, gotta have a page called "index.html" to carry the flash page on line
