Hey, Rey Rey - glad to hear you're getting better! I take ativan for anxiety, too. It's good stuff, but be careful because it's highly addictive. I keep very close track of when I take it so I'm aware if I'm entering dangerous territory. (If the anxiety doesn't calm down for you, I recommend Bach's Rescue Remedy - a natural harmless drop-thing that really helps quite a bit - and, once your body is healed, yoga.)
