question: why do we need more mods?

I agree with Grefix. Why do we need more mods? I think we need more prizes, sponsorships, and things to do that drive traffic and creativity on this site. Take me for instance...over the past two years i ran the PSC Kris Kringle. This was a great hit during christmas time and alot people had fun. Also...i sponsored a contest where i gave out an ipod nano...and 5 gordonk tshirts. I think having "events" like Scavenger Hunts, Reunion Contests, and Kris Kringles adds a lot to the community. Also, I enjoyed the head to head contests we had years ago. I remember the last head to head contest we had....ALOT of people were left out becuase they decided to cut off the number of enterants to 64...when 96 people had signed up! Did i get upset....nooo...i create my own version of Head to Head on my website and the people who got left out had a chance to compete http://www.photoshopdave.com/picturebattle/round2.php

I know being a mod is about the power over the people...but i believe a mod should also bring joy and happiness to the creative community. Just my 2 cents...VOTE FOR DB!

but seriously, more international mod base sounds good, cover all the time zones and give a more world opinion.

He is way too sensitive...almost like a girl. Now, I know Nanc has been a good mod but she is no girl I tell you THAT! In fact, rumor has it she might even have been a man in a past life. I dont know. Anyway, Like me, many others agree...NO. You're rude, arrogant and not too condusive to a site that wants to become larger and more commercial. Still love seeing you around tho buddy.

Also, Badcop has it right. The only ones that insist on holding the power or crave the power that much will abuse it. Its not as glorious as some of you think...nor is it ease...errr...to do right and fair.
