I just realized that Show isn't running his own game here.
I think the spirit and rules of this game have been forgotten.
As I think I clearly remember Show setting up this game before..
the game had a purpose of making newer members feel welcome and an opportunity for older and newer members to get to know each other and a learning experience for the newer member.
It was not at all about stacking the deck for a winning team among older members such as mikey and Marco.
As best i can remember one team member had to have been here at least a year and the other less than that.
the combined score was set at 100 to keep the teams from being unfairly stacked.
I would also suggest setting game days to prize contest days.
