I had this really cool idea to make things more fare! well to me its a cool idea, have a coefficent based on the teams psc score, it will be the number you need to multiply their score by to get to 100 e.g. if your team score is 80 your coefficent is 1.25
You multiply the teams final vote count by the coefficent, any team who decided to go past the 100 limit will have a coefficent of less than 1.

and divide if slightly over 100, that aint a bad idea, like equal playing field handicapping, good one Roy

Coefficent 
a coefficient is a constant multiplicative factor of a certain object. The object can be such things as a variable, a vector, a function, etc. For example, the coefficient of 9x2 is 9. In some cases, the objects and the coefficients are indexed in the same way, leading to expressions such as
a_1 x_1 + a_2 x_2 + a_3 x_3 + cdots
where an is the coefficient of the variable xn for each n = 1, 2, 3, … got it?
