It's in the Photoshop handbook...page 49, paragraph 3.

Cheryl, CandyArt...16 votes is nothing by today's PSC standards...come on! Hey, Chicken pulled this last year during the team comp...so I can relate. I was P*SSED (mainly 'cause his was beating mine! OY!)
But sometimes a little levity helps...A LOT! And at such a small cost....don't you agree?
