MIT published a research last year on the benefits of avocado and tomatoes to prevent many kinds of cancers.

Today I made a nice dish combining both ingredients, it was really so delicious that I thought it is good to share it:

1. after cleaning the tomatos, cut it in small dices.
2. Put some olive oil in your frying pan, add some garlic, let them heat together until your garlic is goldish.
3. add your tomatoes
4. add some basil (and rosemary if you want)
5. cook them for 5 mintues

6. cut your avocado in 2 (without taking the shell out) we need them to be firm.
7. with a tea spoon, deepen the 2 halves, not too much though, leave some avocado.
8. pour the tomatoe sauce in your 2 halves.
9. hold the avocado in your hand and with tea spoon delight yourself:)
