I personally want to see an end of all user submissions as source that are not images that were actually taken by the user.
I am one who goes out and shoots pictures for source. Why did I do that
if we're just gonna grab other peoples property off the web?
I understood that we were submitting source for a couple reasons. One being that there's no worry over copyright, and another being that
innocent people out there do not become unsuspecting victims.

I usually only submit photos that I've taken. I have submitted photos that friends who wanted to see what you guys could do have taken.

Example: http://photoshopcontest.com/photoshop-contest/1818/hmm-i-see.html

I wouldn't just go to a site like sxc.hu and grab photos though.

this is all that's stated in submit sources...

These are potential images for new photoshop contests.
Image must be exactly 1280x960 and under 600KB.

Maybe Proc might add that they must be original images, not taken off photography site.

And, I agree with DOC, too. My Flying Wing was taken by a friend at the local air museum.

I havent' submitted any originals but I would think that it would be more fun to see what people do to something you actually shot yourself anyway. Definitely should be an original....original. Wink
