No...it is about the "Drama" that is going on behind the image...

remember folk! never link to your external source, when there hit rate goes from 2 hits a day to 12 hits a day they want to know why

that image is all over the web though, if he inforced the copyright, he must have a backlog of cases piled to the roof

it was a piece on copyright rendered art, it was a similar sphere landscape but orangey if anyone can locate, might say something helpful... or not

ohhhh a drama.
I will admit I have used people and animals w/o permission gotta love google! I try to use copyright free stuff when I can, deviant art is a nice place to find people/animals, and 9/10 they will allow the use... or i'll just use part of a picture say a hat or glasses from google so that it isn't easily noticed. Plenty of copyright free stuff/websites on the net. Just gotta be careful thats all. Also I think people have bigger problems when you just use their stuff straight up like art they created w/o manipulating it and calling it your own.

I think at some point anyone who chops uses copyrighted material at one time or other...If an owner of a source pic specifically sais not to use it without permission, then I either ask or I don't use it, but I've never had a problem otherwise...if you're not profiting on it, and you give due credit, where's the harm? Kind of the nature of the beast...Just my opinion... 
You don't need to take your own pictures for use in a contest, that's what royalty free images are for....
