Okay you GIF guru's, I have a pic I want to post to the contest, I made the pic 500x375, moved to ImageReady, preformed my magic then saved as gif. It saves too big for the contest Sad
I've tryed to reduce the colors,, etc...but then it looks bad. Any help would be appreciated.

Then it's too small for the contest. The minimum is 500x350 or it won't upload Sad

Well, the file size limitations for Non-Advantage are severe to say the least. Options you have:

1. Try reducing the colors even more, i.e. Adaptive - 32 colors - Dither: Diffusion 75%, Play with the lossy slider under Options

2. Lower the saturation

3. Resize (make smaller). If you are under the minimum required, change the canvas size (transparent or white background)

Oh well, I just doesn't look right. Thanks anyway for your help, looks like I'll have to upgrade to enter.

Thanks
