Pinned Map contest - entry Pinned Head

I did a search of the forum for copyright and a whole lot of stuff came up. Too much.

The source pic was all over the internet but I guess the subject of the picture is off limits. I would try contacting Clive but I don't think he would get back to me in time for the entry deadline.

Please delete and I'll just keep trying.

Some things fall into the realm of parody and are protected. This may be one of those times (do to the pun of the image).

wow... I wouldn't suggest anyone try to get away with something... PSC is a commercial site and therefore would be liable if copyrights were violated just as the person who uploaded the file.

In the US copyright violations can be very costly - even first time offenders. Best thing to do is make sure you're using your own created art, or have gotten it from a free royalty site.

As mother always said, just because other people do it doesn't make it ok to do.

and by the way, I've just spent thousands correcting someone else doing something wrong to me and my property, just because he wanted to... he didn't care if it was against the law, he didn't care that he didn't ask permission, he didn't care if he didn't obtain a building permit or get inspections... or the mere and blatant fact that he was trespassing and destroying property... he simply didn't care and felt that he could get away with it.

DONT accept 3rd party cookies manic. Also check do not run animations in explorer. It does not stop them from being able to run, just gives you control over if they do or don't.

I do how ever wish the ptb of psc would make this site, or at least our entrys unable to be (right clicked and saved as.) copied.

But not being the most intellegent person here Shocked Shocked i dont exactley know how much work that would be or even if it can be done.

Whim sue his ass off if he fucked up YOUR property. YOUR meaning you own it.
IF its his property and he just messed up your view then Twisted Evil burn that fooker down. PROOF is what it takes to convict you. That being true, i live by the Bart Simpson code book.....YOU DID"NT SEE ME DO IT ,YA CANT PROVE SHIT Wink

That's actually imposible. I get these requests often from my clients. And I tell them this one rule.
If you don't want your images 'stolen' from your site, don't show it on your site. No matter what you try, there's always a workaround to get an image from a site. If they want it, they'll take it.
