yeah but some of these kids here were just being born, these young things here. I can say that although I was way too young for Woodstock I did get a wonderful musical education of classic rock living thru it all. Very Happy

Another huge success this year! I scared better than half of the hundred or so rugrats this year! Plus, I still have a little candy left over.

I think my kids are getting wise as to what happens between the time they get home from trick or treating and getting up the next day. My teeth hurt for a week after last years candy raid!

Now I have to pack my 'el diablo' mask back up for next year!

We are having double fun, where I live.
Halloween catches up for the teenagers, so they can have their parties, and on the 11th day of the 11th month each year, the children go round door to door, singing songs for St. Martinsday.
The only thing they never did here was dress up for it. But they all have nice little lamps, that used to be real wax candles in a thin paper ball, when I was little. Now they have little battery lamps.
The dress up bit happens usually round carnival day for the little ones.

So, all in all, our children have three events (five if you count St Nicolasday and Christmas) to look forward to.

How many do American children have? Besides Turkey day, that is.. ??
