is that YOUR haul or the kids Laughing

nice pumpkins Steve-o, I totally forgot to take snaps of my pumpkins this year, we had a party on Saturday for the kids all day, and all the guests had to have made their own pumpkins for the kids to judge the best later in the evening for prizes.

So by Halloween the pumpkins were going a little manky to say the least, had to get emercency ones in last minute Laughing

I actually miss those days that my children were small enough to go door to door. Because the amount of candy they brought home kept me going through the winter evenings - my children used to split their takings with me, their poor mom, so I got double of what they had.

And I got less of the sugerhigh problems from my children. Cool

Yes, I sure miss those days.

Now I usually only hand out fruit to the children that knock on my door. Twisted Evil

Hey Annajon,

This year I handed out these glowsticks that make bracelets and glow bright colors. The kids love them and they are cheap off Ebay .. they get candy too but they come here mainly for the "glow jewlery"

I bet you could trade glow necklaces and bracelets for candy... bribe those kids Very Happy

One little guy made 3 visits to my house for the sticks for his" relatives" mom and dad.

14 is still a very important year for halloween - trust me. My children made a very big point of going door to door at that age as well. They found the perfect way to do it. They rounded up a whole bunch of little kids in the neighborhood and went as guardians with them. They brought home more then any year before!!!
