whoa, thanks for the big warm welcome. It's nice how active this site is...I mean, in the first couple hours of a contest opening, there's 200+ votes. I decided I'd take a break today from the forested island one...definitely not the most inspiring picture to mess with.

Good news, though, a big brown ups box came today from adorama camera with a boatload of gear and my name on it. I can't wait to get out of bed and sort through all of it properly.

So now you have the proverbial carrot hanging in front of you. Incentive to heal faster and start using that new stuff outside the bedroom.
