Think ya need to set sensitivity higher AND
MAKE CERTAIN the brush you are using is set to pen pressure-- some brushes I don't think react to pen pressure without you setting it so in
brush presets pallette- I've had most of mine set the way i like so long I don't remember, and don't use many other brushes

CS2, and I messed with smoothing, it helped a tiny bit but not what I was hoping for, I literally have a delay of about a second that is really annoying, this PC is pretty fast, I don't have that problem with the mouse at all

Hey Paul,

I dislike the tablet pens too. My suggestion is a bit complicated for helping you but ultimately satisfying. Put the pen in a shoe box. Take the shoe box outside, Dig a big hole bury the box. Go back inside the house and use the mouse. Merry Christmas. It's where my tablet is. Very Happy

I had the same problem your having with the tablet. Drove myself nuts for about a week. Put it back in the box and filed it as junk.
If you find how to fix the problem, i may just give it another chance.

I never cared for my tablet but, The way I got familiar with it was to surf the net with it.

Did you try a different USB port? I've seen some ports not have enough power to run stuff. Other times they've just been plain flaky or broken.

Also try the tablet on another computer. If you have the same behavior then it might be a bad tablet and you should exchange it.

Personally I love my Wacom. I'll be bummed to give it back in July. Confused

Huh? They are giving you the boot. It's your duty as a fat, lazy, disgruntled American worker to loot your former employers. It's not like they would miss a wacom much less know what to do with it!
