Yeah I've had contact with a customer service rep for CafePress. She said that with the gradients I'd need to go with a PNG at 300DPI and a max 10"x10" size. Cool

I'm still going to check with the local places and a few other printers that I've found on the 'Net. The information given in this thread is at least giving me some knowledge on what to ask when I call. Cool
